SEPTEMBER TEST DRIVE MEME
Welcome to the September Test Drive Meme for Pandora's Box!
Whether you're a new player considering joining or already a player at Pandy and are just testing the waters for a new character, this is the place for you. Try out some CR, play around with the different settings,
THEMES
A. Futuristic
The City of Pandora is looking a lot sleeker — and more mechanical — than it did last month. All fauna and flora in the city have become robotic; the only things that are organic are you and food. You even get your own personal mecha servant! Architecture is bright and unusually geometric in color and shape design, and chances are your bed looks like a cryo-tube. You're not claustrophobic, are you?
B. Victorian Age
A thick fog is covering most of the city streets this September and everything is more old-fashioned than you're probably used to. The sharp, sterile smell that's commonly associated with hospitals also hangs in the air. Don't forget to take the mandatory vaccination that's being administered! You don't want to get taken to the Punishment Hall for breaking the law…
C. Kemonomimi
Is there an animal you have some sort of connection with? Because you now have the ears and tail of that animal. If you're not particularly fond of animals, that's no problem, as Management has kindly selected one for you to adopt the parts of. If you already had, say, cat ears and a cat tail when you first got here, now you get to live like the other half does— without animal features. By the way, local establishments as well as your home have been altered to tailor to the needs of real animals, so don't panic if the only dishes you can find in your kitchen are little food and water bowls with paw prints around the edges. As long as you don't let someone make you their pet, you should be just fine.

You either forgot, didn't know, or just plain didn't care. Whatever your reasons are, you've broken one (or several) of the laws of the city and Management is none too pleased with you. Various laws can be as ridiculous and non-invasive as petting kittens at least three times a week or as serious as submitting to the mysterious city-wide vaccination. Are you still evading Management or were you already caught and have just been released from the Punishment Hall?
2. Three's A Crowd
One well-established, long-standing law of Pandora is that each household must consist of at least three citizens (and pets only count as a resident on Thursdays). No one is permitted to live alone or with only one other person. If you're caught breaking this law, Management will arrest you and take you in for disciplinary action. You better search for some roommates! Or maybe you've already found some and you're trying to adjust to living with these people.
3. Bon Temps
Downtown Pandora's swankiest bar and lounge has just opened for business. Protected by fierce penguin bouncers (no, really) and run by Remy LeBeau, if you're looking for good times, this is literally the place. Some illegal business does go on here behind closed doors, so if you want in on that action, you'll need to start networking. Good luck.
